Per the December 31, 1999, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 training requirement changes, all powered hand trucks and forklift operators must be certified every three years.

Who Should Attend the Powered Industrial Lift Trucks Course?
Any employee authorized to operate a powered hand truck or forklift truck.

- Pre-trip Inspection
- Operating Procedures
- Basic Lift Truck Principles
- Pedestrian Safety, Safe Fueling Procedures
This certification course is split into two parts. The first part consists of a half day of classroom instruction concluded with a written test. The second half is a hands-on driving assessment at your facility.
At course’s end, each participant receives course materials plus a wallet-sized certificate of completion.
