Oil and Gas Training SafeLandUSA Training Courses

Many safety hazards and day-to-day operations are unique to the oil and gas industry alone. This is why drilling operators and supervisors at oil and gas operator companies are required to complete industry-specific training courses. For years, many oil and gas industry contractors had to complete separate but near identical safety orientations anytime they were contracted for a job. But in 2005, the SafeLandUSA Advisory Group (SLAG) was created to develop and implement an industry-wide safety orientation.

Today MAC Safety Consultants, Inc. employs SafeLandUSA accredited trainers who visit worksites and provide SafeLandUSA training to groups. At the conclusion of training, students are the recipients of a photo ID badge certification that indicates they’ve successfully completed the course. This certification is permanent with no expiration date.
